What is continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)?

Dexcom CGM systems are a diabetes management tool that measures glucose levels 24 hours a day using a sensor inserted just under the skin. The wearable automatically sends glucose readings to a compatible smart device.^

It provides you with real-time glucose readings with zero fingerpricks and it can also alert you when your glucose levels are too high or drop too low, allowing you to make better informed treatment decisions.

If your glucose alerts and readings from the device do not match symptoms or expectations, use a blood glucose meter to make diabetes treatment decisions.

Ready to experience the Dexcom Difference for FREE* with 1:1 virtual training?

Request your free Dexcom sample and one of our local clinical team members will personally guide you through getting started.

They’ll walk you through setup, explain how Dexcom CGM works and help you understand your glucose levels in real time—so you can feel confident every step of the way.

This 1:1 virtual training is optional and not required. If you’re comfortable setting things up on your own, feel free to let our local clinical team member know whether you’d like training when they give you a call.
